Just a quick line to provide some feedback on our recent Inghams holiday at Lake Iseo, Italy.

You mentioned that the company was solid and there would be no problems – absolutely correct. The hotel was great, 56 rooms, friendly staff, and the service was excellent – couldn’t fault anything.

Regarding the food, we went half-board, the evening meals were very good (fish courses were excellent) with four courses each evening and these were varied through our week’s stay. These were served from 7:30 until 10:00 pm so there was some flexibility and meant you didn’t need to rush back. Within the town of Iseo there are a range of restaurants/bars that offered a good range of food and drink. Breakfast at the hotel was what you would expect – buffet arrangement with the usual choices.

The site/location was very good. Depending on the pace at which you operate there might not be enough to occupy someone for two weeks but for a one week stay it worked out well, usual time round the pool, train to Brescia, day on the ferries, visit to Bergamo etc. The hotel residents also have free access to an adjacent lido which is very well provided for and really adds value to the stay.

A good time was had by all!
